This is the second time in a row that my seat was completely adjusted, and my radio was tuned to a Spanish language station. There is no reason my radio should be touched, and I understand the need to move my seat forward for safe driving, but to move it forward and up/down and then just leaving it like that is poor customer care. Additionally, it was an extremely cold day, and the layout of the service department forces customers to go back outside to enter the waiting area. It appears that the building was constructed with a means to get to the waiting area without going outside, but that corridor has been repurposed to exclude the customers. Every time the service personnel came to tell a customer that their vehicle was ready, they stood there holding the outside door open, so the waiting room was perpetually cold and uncomfortable.
