I continue to use dealership for service because I expect better service than that provided by independent auto shops. Since the independent shops want to charge as much as dealerships, I prefer using the dealership.

It was excellent, the advisor was very friendly and explained to me very well what they did to my car and the recommendations

Although I didn't have an appointment, they took me and managed my expectation and got me out sooner than expected.

Great communication and pricing

This is the first time I’ve used John Thornton Chevrolet’s service department after having an extremely bad experience with Steve Rayman Chevrolet’s service department. So far, so good! 👍🏼

Fred Gamble was very experienced and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend Fred because he knows what he is doing and very professional.
