Exterior Design
You’ll Know It’s New from Across the Lot.
The 2027 Silverado is easy to spot. The redesigned front end is wider and more confident, the grille has real presence, and new LED lighting runs the width of the rear window. This isn’t a trim refresh — it’s a full redesign that carries across every model in the lineup.

All-New LED Headlamps & Taillamps
New signature lighting gives the 2027 Silverado a look that’s distinctly its own — recognizable day or night, in any trim.

Redesigned Tailgate
The tailgate gets a cleaner, more sculpted look to match the sharper overall exterior design of the new generation.

Full-Width Rear LED Light Bar
A wide LED strip across the rear window is one of the most distinctive styling elements on the 2027 — and it’s hard to miss when it’s parked next to a 2026.

Wider Stance, Bolder Grille
The redesigned front fascia and wider wheel arches give the truck a more planted, purposeful look — one that reads as capability before you ever open the hood.
2027 Model Lineup
Seven Strong Choices.
Work Truck (WT)
The no-frills starting point — built for fleets and work-first buyers who need the truck to earn its keep every day.
Custom
Steps up from the WT with additional comfort and appearance features while staying in a strong value range.
Custom Trail Boss
The entry point into the off-road family. Gets the Trail Boss lift and MT tires without moving all the way up the trim ladder.
Silverado
The new mid-tier trim — a solid all-around choice that brings more tech and comfort into reach for most buyers.
Trail Boss
2” factory lift and 34” MT tires make this the daily driver that’s still ready for the trail. A popular pick for good reason.
High Country
The flagship. When you want the full Silverado experience with premium finishes, standard Super Cruise®,6 and the 11.5” passenger screen.5
ZR2
35” MT tires, 2” lift, Multimatic DSSV dampers, and front/rear E-lockers. The most capable Silverado ever built for off-road.
